The difference is very simple, color.
It is how it sounds, a rednose Pit Bull is that with a rednose and bluenose Pit Bull is that with a bluenose. There are many lines that produce the rednose which is a recessive trait. There are also many bluenose dogs, blue is a dilution of the color black. There really are not too many differences besides color of the nose. You can get dogs of multiple nose color in one litter and the same applies with coat color. You can get rednose or bluenose dogs from parents who are not rednose or bluenose.
A rednose dogs can have different coat colors, such as a red rednose or a buckskin red nose.
The same is true for blue dogs, you could have a blue brindle rednose or a blue bluenose.
